Echo Electric is the result of a strategic rebrand, bringing together trusted Midwest distributors:

• April 2025 – Holt, Richards, and Springfield Electric rebranded as Echo Electric.
• June 2025 – Pepco transitions to Echo Electric.
• March 2026 – Echo Group Inc. (Echo Electric Supply) rebrands.

What You Need To Know

We remain dedicated to delivering an unmatched customer experience and ensuring a smooth transition. As part of this process, we are providing a Business Information Packet with key documents to support updates to your business transactions.

• The name and logo on invoices is Echo Electric
• Payments should be submitted to Springfield Electric Supply Company, LLC dba Echo Electric to the new remittance address.  ACH payments need to be submitted to the new bank account.
• Please confirm you have the correct remittance address and tax ID (see W9 form and payment information available below).
• As an Echo Group Inc. customer, you will receive new account numbers
• If you make payments through BillTrust, there will be a new portal URL and you will need to create a new login.
• As an Echo Group Inc. customer, you may need to complete new documents as part of this integration (see Credit Application link below).
• If you are tax-exempt, please provide the documentation if you have not already sent them in.

All open sales transactions and customer receivable will transition to Echo Electric. All remittances for payments should be sent to Echo Electric at the following address:

We will continue to accept checks by mail, electronic check, and other electronic forms such as ACH or Wire transfer. You may also take advantage of online payments through Billtrust via ACH. *As of March 2, 2026, Echo Group, Inc. (“Echo Group”) will assign all of its right and obligations under each existing Credit Application and Personal Guarantee between you and Echo Group, Inc. to Springfield Electric Supply, LLC dba Echo Electric (“Echo Electric”), and Echo Electric assumes all of Echo Group’s rights and obligations under the same.
